Senior M&A Attorney
Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions for privately held businesses, including LOI strategy, legal due diligence, definitive agreements, and closing coordination.

Support private offerings, investor documentation, and the securities-law aspects of capital raises that intersect with acquisitions, roll-ups, and investment structures.

Employment Attorney
Advise on employment risk and workforce issues that frequently arise in M&A and growing companies, including classification, key employee arrangements, restrictive covenants, and employer-side documentation.

Tax Attorney
Partner with our M&A team and clients’ CPAs to structure transactions and corporate matters with an eye toward after-tax outcomes, including pre- and post-closing planning when appropriate.

Support the real estate components of operating company transactions and growth, including leases, landlord consents, purchase/sale coordination, and real estate due diligence workstreams.

A structured corporate law internship designed to provide meaningful experience in a real deal environment. Interns complete training first, then move into supervised client work projects.
